We at The Shepherd's Gifts realize that not everyone is comfortable placing an order online, that is why we make every effort to provide you with a safe and secure shopping experience. However, if you would prefer to mail your order to us we have provided a printable order form.
If you should choose to use this order form, click on the link below and then print out the form (the order form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, this can also be downloaded by following the provided link below). When filling in the printed order form, we suggest using the shopping cart provided in the web site to make your selections. Then when you are ready, copy the information in the shopping cart to the printed order form. We suggest doing this because some of the items we offer have size and/or color choices available. Adding items to the shopping cart will make these selections available to you.
When you have finished filling in the printed order form, mail the order with your payment to the address provided on the form. DO NOT complete the order online, doing so may result in receiving the same items twice, once from the web site and once from the order form you mail in.
Please be complete when filling in the printed order form. Missing information will slow the order process.
Orders placed with this printed order form cannot be tracked through the web site.
